Brief course overview
Whether you’re brand new to or mostly familiar with the principles of lean experimentation, this comprehensive course will give you practical tips to ensure that you’re designing the experiments that add the most value to your product, your customer and your business.
We’ll take you through each step of the process of lean experimentation from objective-setting and prioritising to experiment design and analysis, ensuring you understand both why they're important and how to implement them in your work efficiently and effectively.
Delivery method
- 9 modules, delivered to your inbox once per week
- Learning via animated videos, quizzes and hands-on activities
- Weekly group coaching session to contextualise learning
- Individual coaching session also available with the premium package
Links to each of the nine modules (see Course Curriculum below) will be sent to your inbox every week for the duration of the course. Modules contain at least two hours of content in the form of animated videos, practical activities and quizzes.
As part of each module, you’ll be expected to prepare for the weekly 60-minute group coaching sessions which take place remotely via Zoom with the rest of the course cohort. It’s a great opportunity to learn from your coach and the experiences of others. Naturally, the more you engage in these sessions, the more you’ll get out of them.
