Brief course overview

Whether you’re brand new to or mostly familiar with the principles of lean experimentation, this comprehensive course will give you practical tips to ensure that you’re designing the experiments that add the most value to your product, your customer and your business.

We’ll take you through each step of the process of lean experimentation from objective-setting and prioritising to experiment design and analysis, ensuring you understand both why they're important and how to implement them in your work efficiently and effectively.

Delivery method

Links to each of the nine modules (see Course Curriculum below) will be sent to your inbox every week for the duration of the course. Modules contain at least two hours of content in the form of animated videos, practical activities and quizzes.

As part of each module, you’ll be expected to prepare for the weekly 60-minute group coaching sessions which take place remotely via Zoom with the rest of the course cohort. It’s a great opportunity to learn from your coach and the experiences of others. Naturally, the more you engage in these sessions, the more you’ll get out of them.

Nicola Davison has always loved learning. Having swapped the real-life classroom for the wonderful world of product a few years ago, she now combines the two passions to create online courses to help product people develop their skills and improve their practice. She welcomes you to this course and to her digital classroom!

Dave Martin is a product veteran. With two decades of experience in product development, he has practised a lean experimental approach to projects for Google, Tes Global, Compare The Market, SkyBet, Bauer Media, PepsiCo and various start ups. As your coach, he'll support you as you apply your learning to your own context.

When does the course start and finish?
We're now accepting bookings for the course beginning Monday 2 March 2020. The first module will be available on this date. You'll get access to another module every week up to Monday 27 April 2020. Correspondingly, the first group coaching session will take place in the week of 9 March 2020 (exact date to be confirmed) and every week thereafter until the end of the course.
How long do I have access to the course?
After the course has begun, you'll have unlimited access to the content for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
If the course content or style doesn't float your boat, contact us within the first 14 days of its start date and we will give you a full refund.
